Leilani is the second character of the game and the first boss encountered after completing the levels in Easy Street.
She also helps the player in the tutorial.
Appearance[]
Leilani has a brown skin and a straight dark brown (or what seems to be) hair with few, very light strikes of color going down from her scalp, with side swept bangs, and a length not reaching her shoulders. Her hair is also adorned with pink flowers going from a sideburn, around the back, to the other. She also wears a pink eyeshadow.
Leilani wears a bra with pink straps and lilac seashells as cups, along with a skirt made from Palm leaves (possibly) that almost reaches her knees, secured by a belt of tight rattan (or what seems to be) with a pink centerpiece. She also has tattoos on each of her upper arms, on the right has a design of the sun with what seems to be the seashore below, and on the left has a pattern what looks like tire tracks.
Biography[]
Leilani was described to enjoy world peace, unicorns, glitters and tattoos when she's not racing.
On the Drivers section, Leilani stands between a surfboard placed against a barrel on the left side and a flower pot filled with the same flowers adorning her hair. If left for long, a butterfly flies toward her and lands as Leilani reaches out a hand, then flies away afterwards.
Special Power[]
Leilani's power, Flower Power, is similar to Rez' Burning Rubber. The player speeds up when the ability was activated, but leaves a trail of flowers that was supposed to slow the opponents behind. A repeated tune of a ukulele playing is heard when the said ability is activated and stops when the ability's duration ends. Flower Power's icon shows three purple flowers.
Trivia[]
Leilani's name means "Heavenly Flower" or also "pretty girl" in hawaiian.
